This Pétillant Naturel is an experimental sparkling wine made from Chardonnay. Sourced from our family vineyard, it was produced using méthode ancestrale.

A deep golden hue. Aromatically bursting with poached pear, ground cherries, and a touch of ginger. On the palate the tiny bubbles take the lead, creating a lush texture. Like a fall day spent roaming around a pear orchard in a knit sweater. Completely dry, zero dosage.
