This Pétillant Naturel is an experimental sparkling wine made from Chardonnay. Sourced from our family vineyard, it was produced using méthode ancestrale.

A deep golden hue. Aromatically bursting with fresh pear, warm baking spices and ocean mist. On the palate the lush bubbles take the lead, creating a creamy texture. Remember Orange Creamsicles? This tastes like one, leading into mango and aprocot flavors with a zippy finish! Zero dosage.
