A wine made with late summer nights in mind, in collaboration with our friends at Someday. A white blend perfectly paired with oysters. This wine combines Aligoté from La Belle Promenade and Chardonnay from our family vineyard to create an oyster white of brightness, liveliness, and a touch of salinity.
