Wild Child is a coy, ever-changing wine. The 2023 vintage was aged in both Oregon amphorae and neutral oak barrels. The aromatics are super savory in this vintage, briney, vermouth, dirty martini and bouquet garni. On the palate, savory rhubarb and fennel linger with salted plums. The texture is driven by the red clayed amphorae.
